- Responsibilities: What are the type of things that they need to take ownership of and not let fall to the floor? What would they be negligent in if they missed or got wrong?
- Needs: Do they need mentorship? What kind of oversight will you need to setup for them? How fleshed out does a task need to be to handoff to them?
- Things to watch out for: What do they usually have conflict over? How can you tell if they are overwhelmed? How do you tell when they are looking to leave? What are signs they are bored with what you’ve given them
